Rates are £65 for both in person and online therapy.

A briefer half hour session to allow you to get a feel for what our working would be like and help you with your next steps.

Low-cost sessions are available for concessions or low waged if fees are a barrier to your accessing therapy. We can discuss if this is a possibility for you.
